Lloyd school of pharmacy organized a national level job fest for the first time on 09th April 2016 at their campus. It was an ideal platform for 700+ candidates from 100 pharmaceutical colleges like DIPSRU, Jamia Hamdard, NIPER, Punjab University and our own Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam University to seek job opportunities from around 28 National and Multinational companies like Dabur, Jubilant, Akums, Belco, etc,. Eminent personalities such as Dr. G. N. Singh, Drugs Controller General of India, Sh. S.L. Nasa, Registrar, Delhi Pharmacy Council and Sh. Atul Nasa , Licensing authority, Assistant Drug Controller of India marked their presence.

The “PHARMA JOB FEST 2016” brought together the employers in Pharma industry and connected them with a wide range of talent available among students of this lucrative profession. It was a good experience for the students of various Pharma institutions to be face-to-face with bigwigs of the industry.

Dr G.N.Singh congratulated the management of Lloyd and praise for selflessly putting months of effort to invite 28 Pharmaceutical companies on a single day under Lloyd’s roof. He urged the companies and their officials employ more and more of Pharma Professionals

Candidates were excited about this event and expressed their gratitude whole- heartedly to Lloyd institute for organizing such a fest to find them suitable placement.

The companies recruited students in large numbers. More than 100 students got benefitted from this job fest were shortlisted in various sectors of pharmaceutical industry.

Organizing secretary of this mega event and Principal of School of Pharmacy, Lloyd Institute, Dr. Vandana Arora said that it is a proud moment for her profession and Lloyd to find suitable jobs for candidates from all over India.
